Clare Krusing

Clare is an Executive Vice President at Reservoir Communications Group with significant experience leading corporate communications, rapid response and crisis media efforts, brand management, and advocacy campaigns.

Prior to joining Reservoir, she led external communications for Morgan Health, a business unit within JPMorgan Chase focused on improving the quality, equity, and affordability of employer-sponsored health care. In this role, Clare managed the organization’s executive thought leadership, content development, media engagement, and event management for the Morgan Health team as well as support for its portfolio companies.

She also served as the lead spokesperson and press secretary for America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the national trade association representing the health insurance industry. Clare oversaw the industry's communications strategy and media engagement on key policy issues, including the Affordable Care Act, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and federal and state legislative priorities.

Before joining AHIP, Clare was an associate at APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs and strategic communications firm, where she managed campaigns spanning global and national health care issues, including the launch of a national advocacy effort around expanded access to childhood vaccines and health plans' wellness and prevention efforts.

Clare has a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and completed her M.B.A at the University of Maryland.
