Dr. Dennis Cryer, M.D.

Dr. Cryer is an award-winning medical researcher and pharmaceutical company executive. His medical research expertise includes genetics, lipid metabolism, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome (cardiometabolic risk), diabetes, pediatrics, and women’s health. Dr. Cryer spent 20 years at Bristol-Meyers Squibb, where he served as Vice President, External Medical Affairs. Since 2008, Dr. Cryer has served as Chief Medical Officer of CryerHealth, a patient-centric strategic consulting firm in Washington, DC. He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Global Liver Institute and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Black Cardiologists.
