Marilyn leads our creative and digital client business, helping deliver top-quality creative content and brand storytelling for our clients. Marilyn brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, brand advocacy, and reputation management, producing highly effective and innovative campaigns for corporate, nonprofit, association, government, and political clients.
Marilyn’s expertise includes comprehensive campaign strategy and planning, message and story architecture, branding, digital analytics, copywriting, paid advertising, and executive media training. She directs integrated content development including website development, social media, video production, animation, print collateral, paid advertising including television, digital/online, radio, transit, and print campaigns, sponsored/earned media, data visualization, and music composition.
Prior to working with Reservoir, Marilyn served as chief creative officer and executive director of APCO Worldwide, where she led the global digital and creative practice. Marilyn has extensive experience directing political candidate and issue advocacy campaigns, as well as live television and cable news production. Marilyn has a master’s degree in communications from the University of Washington, and bachelor of arts degrees in political science, journalism and English from the University of Oregon.
